Communication Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service
  • Design call flows for phone systems
  • Submit and update all porting cases
  • Main POC between technicians and client during on-boarding process and install
  • Project follow-up tasks
  • Recording and editing of all audio files
  • Finding professional voice artist talents
  • Phone system training and support
  • Answer phones, transfer calls, generate help desk tickets
  • Send, create, and edit mass email campaigns for any technical information
